Common issues with the hardware anonymizer (spoofer).

0x Errors

All errors starting with 0x are connection-related errors. Either your ISP is blocking the spoofer's authentication server from connecting or, you have a firewall, antivirus, or other network security device or software blocking the spoofer's authentication server.

• disable or uninstall any firewall, antivirus or other network security software

• try using a VPN to bypass any blocks in place by your ISP

Vulnerable Driver Already Running

1. Press the Windows key

2. Type cmd, click run as administrator

3. Type net stop "NAL"

4. Type sc config "NAL" start= disabled

5. Delete spoofer-config.json

PC crashes and/or Blue Screen of Death

Bluescreen issues typically happen due to a software conflict between the spoofer and the PC.

• using an unsupported Windows version

• Uninstall all third-party

• Uninstall all third-party

• Disable Windows Defender using Optional: Download Sordum Defender Control

• MSI Lightning software has been reported to cause issues

• external SSDs, HDDs, USBs can cause issues
